For your use, in each room we provide glycerin and bath soap, shampoo, body lotion, and lip balm, all made by the Greenwich Bay company from all-natural ingredients.
Fresh flowers in all B&B rooms and Cottage.
Full breakfast served in Bed and Breakfast.
Full breakfast in a basket delivered to the Cottage.
Private hot tub for Cottage use.
Cable TV in all B&B rooms and the Cottage.
Wireless Internet access in all B&B rooms and Cottage.
Fireplaces in Cottage and in common area of B&B.

Serendipity is non-smoking including all rooms, buildings, porches and outdoor areas. Non-compliance with this policy will result in reservation cancellation and no refunds will be given.
Check in time is 4:00 pm or later on the first day of reservation.
Check in for all rooms takes place in the B&B house.
Payment is due and charged at the time of reservation.
If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, please let us know as soon as possible, particularly if you experience delays while driving to Saugatuck.
Check out time is 11:00am on the morning following the final night’s reservation.
Excessive cleaning costs and/or damages incurred may be charged to your credit card.
Keys may be left in rooms at check out.
The Cottage, Iris, and Lily rooms are appropriate for adults only.
Pets are not allowed.
- Reservations are non-refundable, however we will do our best to accommodate you by rescheduling for another time if you cannot make the originally planned dates. We can also provide a gift certificate of equal value to be used at another time. This applies to all reservations except for those made through Booking.com.
- We cannot guarantee the weather, therefore the cancellation policy applies even if adverse weather conditions exist.
